A contemporary single-family home is being developed on the northern shore of Lake Constance, blending natural stone and warm wood materials into a spacious park-like landscape. The design emphasizes openness, with large glass facades offering panoramic views of the surrounding nature and the lake. Spanning approximately 180 square meters over two floors, the home provides generous living space for a family of four. Sustainable features include a heat pump, underfloor heating, and a photovoltaic system with battery storage. Locally sourced, eco-friendly materials were prioritized throughout the construction. Thoughtfully integrated into the terrain, the house respects both the natural topography and the sensitive lakeside environment, combining timeless architecture with environmental responsibility and modern comfort.
